I haven’t been getting up for sunrise recently, maybe it’s a bit of a funk over the unending pandemic. No telling, but today, I was rested and ready to face the day at 4:30 am, so I got myself together, packed up my gear and headed out.
Discovered very early on, and used as food stop for the explorers in the 1500s, it has a natural deep water harbor which makes it a safe place to ride out bad weather. The park is collection of small islands and corals reefs, located about 70 miles offshore from Key West. The remoteness makes it one of the least visited of the national parks.

Old Car City USA in White, Georgia has 32 acres of antique and classic cars that were accumulated over the years when the site served as a salvage yard, and are currently rusting away and being reclaimed by nature. The business now caters to photographers, classic car fans, and folks who want to see something different.
A camera does not have the ability to see like a human eye, to see the colors in the sky, but also the details in the shadows. What to do? My process is to bracket the shot, and layer the images to create an image more similar to what the eye sees.
