Photographer's Ephemeris
This is a very powerful program that I use to line up the moonrise shots. There is a subscription service that shows you cloud cover for more dramatic photographs.
Photo Pills
I like this program because it has a widget for my phone, which makes it very easy to tell sunrise, sunset blue light, and golden hour. It has an add-on service to tell you about cloud cover, which I use, but you never really know until you get out there.
