8 ounce 8 package of pre-diced ham
1/2 cup 1/2 onion, diced
2 cups 2 broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces, can cooked or raw
2 cups 2 Gruyère cheese, shredded
6 6 eggs, large
1 cup 1 heavy cream
1/2 tspn 1/2 black pepper
1 tspn 1 paprika
2 tspn 2 fresh chives, for garnish
